From an early age, Joshua Barber joined his father, John Barber, in the studio and on voyages around the Chesapeake to scout painting locations. Joshua’s modernist style is far different from his father’s, however. He paints dark and whimsical modern icons (interior worlds) and dreamy, nocturnal landscapes (exterior worlds).

Joshua’s work has been exhibited most recently in Bristol and London in the United Kingdom, as well as in New York, Los Angeles and Richmond, Virginia. To learn more about Joshua’s work, please visit his website at joshuabarberfineart.com.
